We’re thrilled to share that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit ruled in our favor and ordered the VPA to reinstate our membership!

This means our student-athletes once again have the opportunity to participate in VPA sports—both those offered here at MVCS and through the VPA’s member-to-member program.
